Being overlooked repeatedly is easily one of my bigger pet peeves. I've cut ties with 4 people in the past 2 months for the same reason. I'll give someone multiple chances but when it's obvious I'm not even worthy of an afterthought I'd rather not waste my admittedly copious time.
