    my only answer to the people in your example is they should be trying to organize a union and stop letting employers take advantage of them. those who get the furthest in life understand that working smart is way more self serving than 'workin hard'.
    That's great advice if you want to be unemployed.

    And, not that it matters, but being a server really isn't very difficult. If anything, I'd say its a bit mentally taxing, but as far as actual work goes, its pretty simple.
