Does 5-staring missions actually do something, or is it just bragging-rights?
Does 5-staring missions actually do something, or is it just bragging-rights?
I spent 7 hours farming, exploring and doing missions yesterday in GP, am I better off just completing the game and going back and farming/omegas etc?
Thanks Ron, I shall finish that up once I playthrough GOD of War 3.
This is easily the worst FF in the series.
I needed a good chuckle to start off my day.
What mission/story section are you on now? Imo it's worth doing the first 15 or however many there is when you first hit Pulse before starting on the plot there. Since after those the missions are set up as you progress through the story. The ones you apparently have to "spam Death" on aren't til much later atleast. Saves you a ton of backtracking to get them done later and they're way more fun when you don't just one shot everything you're fighting.
Ive done 1, 2, 3, 6 and just accepted seven last night. I did another one, which was a teleportation one and once I beat the guy, he turned into crystal on this circular thingy, in the ruins area there. I didnt progress the story at all once I hit Grand Pulse, i went into explore and do mission mode.
I wish the datalog's kept track of the mission progress.
The battle system isn't even enough to keep me glued, let alone one of the cheesiest storylines I have ever seen, borderline Star Ocean TLH, Tales of the Abyss.
The irony is they expect you to keep up with it in the loldatalog, as if I even give a shit about the mythology and background.
I don't think I have ever felt so ashamed or embarrassed to play a FF title as much as this one. Note: I didn't touch FFX-2.
Good joke.
I'm pretty sure even domon would agree that it isn't the worst.
X-2 was my favorite in the series. Man I loved that game.
Top three in battle systems, the important part of the game.
I won't lie, I bought it played it for 20 minutes then returned it.
