Good program to fix song filenames/duplicates?

I have a lot of music on my computer and my library has gotten pretty messy and I was wondering what are some good programs out there that can fix song names/file names and duplicates mainly. I don't mind paying.

As for naming files, I'm not really sure what works best(if you mean a program that will batch rename the files by artist/title/etc).

I'm not sure if the free version has the right functionality, but Mediamonkey Pro has some really great tagging and renaming functions, but beware because it can be a little daunting and confusing; I learned the hard way and got 90% of my songs fixed while all of my soulseek stuff was renamed to "unknown <track title>.mp3" D:

Lifehacker usually has good recommendations for tagging, I'll post back if I find an alternative.
