First case I've seen where somebody got jail time for having loli and not having actual CP. Better be appealed, because it's pure bullshit lol.

Dude shouldn't be punished for the artwork alone. That's like saying I can go to jail for drawing a picture of my neighbor lying with a bullet in his head.

Just because I drew a picture of him dead, doesn't mean I should get manslaughter charges.

Also, do the "kids" in these mangas have their Custodian Of Records (18 U.S.C. Section 2257) filed? If not, we should arrest the artists AND THE "kids" in the books for breaking the law and not registering with the government that they were 18 before they were drawn!

But in my head it begs the question where does the line get drawn?

Say this case is thrown out or appealed ect because it is drawn and not real then what about CG and/or 3d animation of loli?

Then what if that is determined to be legal what about people who model it off of real life children while they exploit them? aside from the fact we should be arresting them, what if the material they present was in his hands should he be arrested for having it even if he didn't know it was modeled after real children?

I just want to hear others thoughts on it.

Must have not read the thread. CG loli already has laws against it, and those are the laws the judge is trying to use (or rather, did use) against this guy, which is why everyone is calling bullshit on the judge
