Cair(Remora) -> Hades

Facts:
Some time ago, a player Thal stopped playing and allowed Cair to use his account on the condition he did not sell any gear. Cair immediately started selling things, used most of the profit to buy things, so could not return gil. An estimate of 30m in Thal's gear was thrown out. Sometime this week, Thal returned to the game and expected his gear back. Cair did not show any intention of giving it back.. Nours took roughly 2-3mil of unused junk off of one of Cair's mules to give to Thal. This was not asked by Thal, nor endorsed. Cair, and his boyfriend Ryuki, server transferred to Hades tonight. At the time, Ryuki had some sea triggers belonging to a member of my linkshell, Reikaiden, as well as a Mahatma body belonging to Thal. The quantity and type of sea triggers is unknown at the moment, though he'd had them for quite some time so likely nothing valuable.

Ryuki has shown no intent of stealing, and had previously stated he would give the triggers to someone to hold onto before he transferred to Hades. Allegedly, Cair transferred Ryuki's character in his attempt to avoid Thal, as both of them had been planning to join Excellence and he knew Ryuki would be okay with transferring. I'm not sure I believe this, as there is evidence to the contrary, but I'm sure the truth will come out eventually.

I was in the same situation when I quit and told Nours not to sell anything and received no repayment when I was stripped (Thal is hardly stripped). I don't really intend on putting someone in that predicament as I know it sucks.

Edit: Ryuki was asleep at the time. He had told mentioned he would give back the Mahatma Hpl. (and I assumed he had, apparently not) and I had absolutely no knowledge of sea triggers.

Just posting to clear some things up. I'm the one that lent out my account to Cair while I was inactive for a while and although it took a bit of talking everything between us has been resolved and he returned my gear as well as the sea pops.
