Has anyone here rolled back their account? I have a couple questions

You have to file a completely separate thing with them, which I did over the phone. Just tell them you want to submit a world transfer refund or w/e. They just suck and don't care, what should take 5min. took half a year. They told me that they have to investigate the matter after they already confirmed it was hacked, so idk what they do lol, probably just hope you forget.

If so > "Save for Web" and quality it down to probably half that size and it'd still be good to go, unless if they're requesting 300dpi stuff? (if not, toss it down to 72dpi and that should help as well)

i had to send in two seperate emails, the forms/photo ID. took two weeks to confirm they even got the emails, another 2 weeks to confirm it was compromised, another 2 weeks to get my acct back. expect to wait lol and in the meantime play another game or something.

as soon as you sent the email, you need to go to the support centre again
i waited one week assuming theyll send me a confirmation that my mail arrived, including further instructions

nothing came
i went to the support centre again, and the guy was like "oh youre lucky, the email is still there, usually we delete them after a week lolol!!"

means i wasted a whole week in the recovery process

Well it's nothing server transfer related. All that happened was my account got hacked, they took all my stuff, I got pissed so I left the game for a bit. Now I've come back and I'm trying to get it back haha.

Does anyone know if they still ask for your original registration codes when requesting a lock/rollback? I have a friend who was hacked back in December and he was told he needed his original codes, but he recently moved and hasn't been able to find them. I want to help him get back as fast as possible, so if there's a way to get a restore and rollback without those codes it would help him alot. I have a copy of the notary form to give him from when my sister's account got hacked, but I'm not sure it's the same form he'd need since my sister's account did not have a security token but my friend's account did.

They ask for codes but not required to have them -- You have to be able to at least confirm like 3-4 of these 5 things

first 4 and last 4 of CC
First and Last name
original pol codes
address
birth-date

They apparently can go back however long and see any previous CC and/or addresses -- If you can verify DOB and Name but nothing else they will send you the form that requires a notary to verify you are well you.

I was able to verify everything and the GM(was 5AM on a Sunday when I logged in and noticed I was nekkid) locked my account right then and there and started the restore/roll back process -- 3 weeks later I was doing a check up w/online chat and they said the process was completed -- Only thing I was missing was the coins from my last 2 dynamis runs.

My friend wasnt able to verify anything but his name and DOB -- They stated the CCs weren't on file and never had been -- which is odd considering he printed out his bank statements and proved that SE took money out of his account (granted it doesnt tell you what account on your bank print out). He got the notary form but gave up at that point as apparently only notary's he can find all charge 50$+ for signatures and he's not wasting that kind of money on something that may or may not work. *shrug*

I've never been charged for getting a Notary do anything. Most banks have a few employees who are able to Notarize paperwork and shouldn't charge.
