It isn't anything. You get it if you edit your Square Enix account. When I click on it it just says I updated my E-mail and stuff. I didn't get in.

The only reason they would add people when it hasnt started is 1) "the contests" from several premium sites and 2) They haven't had the number of people logging into the beta site from the pool of players they already invited. Remember a large portion of the current pool of players was given out to people who went to Vanafest. Toss in the fact that they are ninja inviting people without actually sending emails out to people. A good number of people don't come here and get to read the "omg they added more, go check" posts.

Holy shit, I got in. I was sighing too when I saw an SE letter email and it was a newsletter. I was really hoping to get in the PS3 version over the PC though, I dunno how well my laptop will run this.

edit: I guess I've been in for a whole week, according to the thingy that says when I was registered.

Anyone that recently updated their PC application get in? I lied about my specs initially and then actually built a PC for FFXIV and recently updated my application to reflect that. Since I'm not in yet, I'm wondering if that fucked shit up?
