How much xp do you lose in signet areas at 75 with r3? Seems like it's less than it used to be?

So I want to do the new blu dbl attack sword from magian thingy.
However I am working on both trial weps for ws's. Can I main hand a ws' trial wep and off hand the magian one and kill 2 birds with one stone lol?
Can you get multiple Magian weapons of the same type out of the box, and can you do their trials simultaneously? (5 trial log limit or something right)? Basically, can I go on 2-3 paths of the same weapon type at the same time (with multiple starting base weapons) or does it cockblock you into following a single path once you choose it?
Can "Targeting the Captain" be soloed? Looking at rdm. Trying to get some pup attachments for my pup.
Have anyone figured out how to do the new campaign op? Titled "Frozen Flame (S)" under intel gathering.
How do you reflag the new Avatar quests? at what point in the quest do I start?
Would it be worth it to sell my Alkyoneus's Bracelets in order to buy a Byakko pop set? My LS will kill Byakko for me if I bring them that.
I could use Pallas's on my WS set until I replace them, and I think the extra haste and dex are worth a whole lot more than 2 STR.
Alky are getting cheaper and cheaper, over all I think Byakko will outway 2STR. So yes, sell now, and rebuy later.
Has anyone found out which NM drops the Zilant ring? (6dex 3 acc)
I want to farm points for a Yigit chest... which Periqia assault is generally considered the one to farm for points?
Now that bahamut is open for some reason how can I get that thing people keep talking about to stop rmt tells?
Saving Private Ryaaf is very easy. Bring /DNC and Crab Sushi, use steps (and Flourishes?) to one-shot Chigoes, movement speed is helpful.
If you have people who know how to do it, Wake the Puppet can be easy as well and gives slightly more points / better appraisal options. The key to the assault is to issue a bare minimum of commands to the puppet. Otherwise just follow the wiki strategy supertanking the Wight.
To add to Byrthnoth's post, some people find Building Bridges extremely easy. One thing you can be sure of is that there is no fighting so no XP loss. The trick is to be NIN or sub NIN and watch your radar a lot. Bring movement gear and Sprinter's Shoes. Flee is not that great for this and it cancels Sprinter's, but you can use it if you want.
