I'm not exactly familiar with how Store TP works. If someone could explain it simply or give me a good set for a 4~5 hit build for WAR / DRK using a GS please help me out ^^

How much accuracy do you need to cap on most Dynamis/Limbus/Einherjar mobs?
Edit: for the Store TP question above, don't think a 4 hit build is feasible for either of those jobs. Assuming /SAM, and if I've done this right:
444 delay weapon: 33 Store TP for a 6 hit, 62 Store TP for a 5 hit
501 delay weapon: 8 Store TP for a 6 hit, 33 Store TP for a 5 hit
504 delay weapon: 7 Store TP for a 6 hit, 31 Store TP for a 5 hit
528 delay weapon: 1 Store TP for a 6 hit, 24 Store TP for a 5 hit
I know it's different if you use a multi-hit WS, you can skimp a little on the Store TP, not exactly sure how much. I'm sure someone else will come along and do this math better than I have, but it's a start at least.
So, what is the general consensus about ffxiclopedia drop rates (systematically low, high, random, or generally accurate)?
Going by ffwiki, I'm having bad luck in sea. Luck so bad, in fact, that I'm significantly different from their listed inside sea drop rates at the 90% confidence interval (not counting their obviously messed up Ix'Drg one, which was up over 30% at one point). Am I really just part of the unlucky 10%, or are their drop rates inflated?
(They list 15%, I see 3%)
So, I'm on A Shantotto Ascension Mission 3, That Which Curdles Blood. I was in a hurry when I got the starting CS and I spammed through it. I missed what enfeeblement kit I needed to bring to complete the mission and move onto the next. Is there anyway to find out what item I need without trying all 4?
Um, when I leveled ninja I was in as big a hurry as possible to just get done with it, and my ninjutsu skill is only about 35. If I cap it for a Lv37 ninja, is it going to show a noticeable decrease in interruption rate with ninja as a subjob?
Yes, when you're fighting level 30 mobs.
can you etch and augment the same item? :O
Edit: Removed
Random, I think it kind of works the same way the drop thread looks - you'd swear KB shits out D.Rings, but it's really only when people get the drop do they go tell it to wiki or bg. The 543850438092 times they don't, they're unlikely to update wiki. Usually the only accurate rates are mobs that are ridiculously popular and have very well known drop rates, such as ridill and d.ring, or 100% drop mobs.
They're pretty shit on a lot of things as people only tend to update them when ythey're pissed off about going 0/x on something, went 1/1 and want to brag on the talk page like an ejit, or were faming something and updated it not taking into account drops being rare or cases of it only droppping one of a list of items
Like recently I went and farmed :Ni nuke scrolls in Castle O for nin SJ (none on the AH). Wiki has listed drop rate as like 1-2% but I got all 6 within 40ish kills. The drop rate was obviously so off because after getting that first drop another wont, so you could kill 100 more, get no 2nd drop (because they're rare) and think "hmm, low drop rate! time to update wiki".
Also it's pretty obvious that they can only drop one random :ni nuke scroll, similar to sky gods only have 2 abj drop slots, but within them it's random which abj you get. So ofc this isn't taken into account on the wiki page and the drop rate was light years off.
What else do I use in MDT for NIN? Current set here: http://www.ffxiah.com/item_sets.php?id=147352
NIN MDT is terrible. I didn't even look at your FFXIAH before typing that. Let's see. 2nd merman's ear, Alexander cape for not-Signet, Denali hands.
Has anyone created any .DATs for Salvage moblists that show what cells, etc. each mob drops in their name? A copy would be appreciated.
Alternatively, if anoyne has a copy of the original .DAT files, that'd be appreciated too.
PMs are fine.
just fought Jormy, our rdm/nin tank landed sleep in 0 enfeebling gear, i later used ES sleep II, it only lasted for 15secs, i thought ES gave full duration on mobs which can be enfeebled without, but this doesn't seem to be the case?
Generally correct, but not for some Notorious Monsters like Wyrms. On Wyrms, the resist rate increases to some cap (lower than 100%) with an increased number of casts (if, for instance, you had a RDM/NIN tank who was spamming Sleep), and also the maximum duration decreases (~3 seconds per cast?).
So your RDM/NIN spammed Sleep for hate and lowered the maximum duration of Sleep 2 to 15 seconds.
I'm a 56 DNC, trying to do Campaign while waiting for PTs. I've only just started trying, but I can't hit for more than 0 very often and so I can't generate much TP. Is there anything I can do to get decent EXP in campaign when I can't hit the mob very often? Does anyone have lower-level campaign tips to maximize EXP gain?
