Small chance, but figure it's worth a shot.

My teeth have hurt off and on for the past couple years now and I don't have dental insurance so I can't do anything about it.

The time that it hurt the worst turned out to actually be just a pinched muscle in my mouth area, no idea how it happened.

But sucking on a straw (dick) made me realize that it was my mouth in pain and not my tooth, so I made sucking motions a few times and it unpinched.

So maybe that will help.

But probably not.

I had a tooth go bad a few years back. I had no insurance, and very little money, so rather than get a root canal, I just had the tooth pulled. Lots of people say a root canal is the worst dental procedure to undergo comfort wise, after having my tooth pulled though, I felt completely fine after. I didn't even take any vicodin after the 2nd day, probably didn't need it the first. Did take all the antibiotics though, and either way, have fun not being able to eat anything enjoyable for a month.

Granted, this all depends on which tooth of yours it is. Mine was the 2nd molar, but my wisdom teeth came in straight and I have room in my jaw for them, so it wasn't a big loss, and nobody can see it.
