Miiyo (??? -> Quetz)

Apparently just showed up here on Quetz 2 weeks ago, 75 whm, has mysteriously piles of cash to spare to hire random strangers to kill stuff for her.

Anyone know this chick? I just had to remove her from my ls for repeatedly doing dumb shit on runs, namely randomly AFKing unnanounced. At first no big issue but latest time resulted in us dying.

Background story:

To start, Miiyo two days ago did one of her shoot runs to hire an entire alliance for 50K each to kill an NM. I believe Oupire. She then logged into my ls, which farms NMs such as Oupire, evoliths, Aptants, etc, to hire my own members to kill one of our own monster targets for her own purposes.

Not only that, but this was during the middle of an ls event too. But lo and behold while Im hunting down members, several of them are already "busy" for her run to make a quick buck.

In other words, she payed my own members to kill an NM my own ls targets, essentially CCing my ls with itself. It ended up with me going fuck it everyone go to Oupire, sooner we can kill it sooner we can regroup and get on with ls events.

Kill Oupire, I tell her she owes ls 100 points for using my members, she agrees.

Flash forward to tonight. Miiyo + I + 2 other unnamed ls members camping Melusine to finish up the night for chance at Furia Pigment. Nice, easy NM.

Get there 5 mins before window and we styart tping up to quickly take her down. Miiyo is having a conversation, everything looks good.

NM pops, we claim, start hacking away. Halfway through the fight I realize Im the only one healing the 4 of us, and Miiyo hasn't done a thing. After an Aga goes off almost killing us, we start <call>ing and yelling, nothing.

Turns out Miiyo decided it'b be a brilliant idea to completely AFK unannounced minutes before the NM popped. She then comes back to us three lying dead on the ground. We raise up.

I reprimand her so she throws a hissy fit and teles to WG. I tell her then she is being removed from the LS.

Rest of the /tells is afterwards.

Top got cut off from battlelog while fighting NM, but its basically just me telling her that I'm notifying ls that anyone found helping out on her little cash runs to kill LS target monsters will be permanently removed. You can see the rest.

Good ol Quetz drama, always an interesting read. And I wouldn't say offering several people 50k each a pile of cash if that's all you have to go on <.<. I'm pretty fucking poor and have enough to do that for most things right now.

Shes paying 50K a person, for a whole alliance to take down oupire and another NM I saw previous day thats 1.8 million or so, but most of the people after run said they wouldnt take her money anyways.

She seemed good at first and yeah was a good player, but with nasty habits. Mainly AFKing completely unannounced at the worst times.

And I mean on a 5 minute basis, constantly making the rest of the ls stand around while she caught up, then AFKed yet again.

Many times we'd be running to some area for an NM, I'd check map and she'd still be at the zone in point. Once we started going fuck it and leaving her behind she started throwing hissy fits.

Still I'd like to know where this taru has come from.

Not sure which I'm more convinced about - a player warning thread for someone going afk during a pop window or that this should be in the fail thread for allowing your BLM's to live on a buffer so small that 1 KO and they delevel.

No bank stolen? No pop items taken? No character stripping because they gave out a password? I have to say I expect a little more from a player warning thread than just "They went AFK and we wiped". I don't think bitching about them paying people to kill NM's for them warrants a warning thread either.

Surely there's more?

Considering that you basically stalked them after removing them from the Linkshell, and proceeded to continuously yell at them after you had supposedly handled it, I would say this is more of a warning about your being a gigantic, touchy douche.

Yeah, it sucks that some of your dipshit friends aren't smart enough to keep up a buffer, but if you removed the AFKer from the Linkshell, well, you removed them from the Linkshell. What did you gain by bitching like a baby and plastering it on BG? Do you think anyone cares about your ranting in /tell? Does your ability to go on and on about this, supposedly, make the target's reputation worse?

The person is dumb. Given. You relied on them to apparently carry you all during a vital event when they were relatively new to your group. Sounds like you made a great decision!
