With the upcoming server merges we are anticipating a bit more competition in the endgame scene. The core of TheBluePrint met each other on Quetzalcoatl, while competing against one another. We ended up on Garuda together forming a linkshell with a select few members from our shells.

Our leaders are all equal making decisions together with no one officer being greater than the others. We meet weekly to discuss members on trial, tiers, and anything else that comes to us from our members.

To pre-empt the inevitable we do bot and generally expect you to as well. We own both K2, Arenz, and a scanning bot. We do not mind if you don't bot but that would boost your chance in getting in the shell. Members must also be willing to use Ventrilo, at least to listen to instructions.

With that out of the way, the roles we are looking is really any member that has multiple jobs that includes having atleast one mage job.

Lotting:

With the exception of Dynamis, we work on a divine choice lotting system. We feel this system works pretty well because of our low numbers. All you have to do is ask to be put onto the list for an item and you'll work your way up to lotting it eventually.

Playtimes:

Generally we are looking for members that can play around the clock (atleast 6+ hours playtime) due to HNM falling in the JP times. Basically people that can play from 1am EST to 12noon-1pm est. Now adding some spots for NA prime players who are able to make events.
