The first attempt ever on Fenrir was a shout group with ~approximately the same numbers. No more than 60 that's for sure. The shout group got it to final form with 15 minutes remaining.

It wasn't a TERRIBLE attempt, but for how backwater Fenrir is I am kinda <_< that an HNM shell couldn't get as far as a group of pickups with a tank in adaman cuirass.

A shout group? Is the average Fenrir person an above average player? I can't imagine 60 shout people from Hades or several other servers organizing that well for PW, much less hitting the final form on time lol

I don't believe it was really a shout group but more so the efforts of a gimp ZNM shell with some help from a few other gimps.
