I was fully convinced my penis was small until I was 19. Part of me still does think that but it's because I'm 24 and still going through random stages associated with puberty. I didn't stop growing until I was 21.

I grew in height until I was 21
I started growing facial hair halfway through 23. I'm almost 25 now and can clean shave any area of my face with a single swipe.

For all intents and purposes I've hit various stages of puberty really really really late.

Oh ok. Well kinda related, I didnt start growing thick facial hair until I was 22, leg hair finally grew in when I was 17. Niggas in school tried to tease a nigga because I didnt have leg hair.
