That's wild. I'm really considering on getting this because I may or may not have a defective Seasonic PSU. I had 2 instances on my build day where my PC crashed: while doing a long transfer of old hard drive, then another while idling. A few days later it crashed again while I was away and I had on a news stream. All three gave Kernel Power errors in log.

I would have already RMA'd it, but I have over 18 hours of gaming between GW2, SOMA, and Dragon Age Inquisition with zero problems.

If you can straight return it I would definitely get the XFX 750w unit. You could use the price difference to buy some nice case fans, 8gb ram, etc.

While the description states it's only a 260, the part number is indeed a 260x. This is an incredible deal for a budget gaming pc or even a 1080p gaming card if you're not trying to max everything out. I put the Asus 2gb model in a build for a buddy paired with a FX-6300 and he's playing the new Batman at 1080p on Ultra, no AA, and some other goodies turned on getting around 45fps. This is after the fixes in the .ini. Also, this card is eligible for XFX lifetime warranty when registering in 30 days. I honestly can't stress enough how great of a card this is for budget gaming. If you're a BG regular that's super awesome I can hook up a 10% off coupon for Best Buy as well. PM me and if my awesome meter goes off I'll hook it up.

And also, Amazon has the AMD Athlon X4 860K Black Edition CPU Quad Core for $59. Frys has it as well. Banging cpu for a budget build.

I'm running one of those right now with an Intel i7-920 (Bloomfield) with no issues. Radeon is controlled by AMD now, so I imagine that there's even better compatibility support on that end.
