If your sole concern is doing some number crunching, it's probably decent enough for it. Depending on how involved the work (and or multitasking) you're doing might be, I'd think possibly springing for something with 8 GBs of RAM might be worth considering though. If you're willing to shell out a bit more cash you can jump up to i5/8GB RAM laptops for the $400+ range.

That's what I'm thinking. I need the 8GB for sure for some of the larger sheets that I have to keep track of. Other than that it'd be nice to play Stardew Valley but I'm not gaming on it.

I have a predicament, I am building my computer and all is going well until I get to the GTX 1080 ( thing is huge). I got a full Tower so that I had plenty of room which it did buuuuuttttttt the back of the case has to small of an opening and the panels that come off are also to small and doesn't fully come off. My question is, should I bite the bullet and get another case? Or Macgyver this one and cut out the back panel. Is that the case you are having the problem with or are thinking of switching to?

I cant even fathom there being any issues with a 1080 on the haf 932, there are even reviews mentioning the same size cards fitting.

Yes, after work in 4 hours. I was really, really frustrated and didn't want it to prevent the last piece from finishing it up. I already cut out the metal holders and slightly bent the metal so it looks ugly. Still doesn't fit and will need metal shears to make the hole bigger. Only cut 2 it if the six placeholders.

I spent 2k on this build and am nervous as hell since my last build I did/ touched was 2010

Those slats should easily come out completely.

You would think. The slates pop out with a latch that stays on and doesnt come off. Before I can get the photo the best way to give an idea would be like | | | | | and the card needs the width of |___|___|___|___| each bar represents a metal plate for the slates to hook onto. The height of the opening is also not enough. It's really aggravating.

I don't think the cards build is the same, but if it is a simple mistake I overlooked then I well buy another case and transfer everything. I really did research and tried problem solving for little over 3 hours before going to drastic measures. If those tabs used screws instead of clips then it would probably if worked.
