Yeah absolutely, man if you like that then Lupe is definitely your guy, he has quite a few songs out there like that. He's definitely one of those artists that you have to actually LISTEN to his words, it sucks that people miss out of good rap because of the bullshit they are force fed by billboard and TV though. Most of the people in this thread you will never hear on a radio or music station near you.

I'm very impressed. Second verse on Conflict Diamonds was sick, but then again, all of it was. I always knew about Lupe's existence, but never really bothered to check him out; I thought he just rapped about skateboards or something, lol. Then this thread came along with dumb it down, which made me check out mean and vicious. Thanks for the insight ya'll. I'll be sure to check out those other ones too, Miz. Living in Brazil, I doubt I'll hear any rap on the radio, so this comes in handy.

I love how the ones from these artists that you hear on the radio are the one the few songs that they don't rap about relevant stuff lol (Kick Push, Paris, Tokyo for example) I still love those songs to death though.
