When you applied for it you had the option as registering as an organ donor, and it becomes a little sticker on your license. You can go back there and fill out the form again, probably the most straightforward way to do it.

Well you don't want to be mutilated, just fast enough to cause head trauma and death but not so much that your other organs are liquefied.

Or another safe bet is to go down to Mexico city check into a seedy hotel and get drunk with a prostitute, then you wake up the next morning in a bathtub of ice missing a kidney and maybe half your liver.
