Enucleation is pretty quick, especially off a corpse where the plastic/reconstructive aspect of it doesn't matter as much.

Unless you get legal papers drawn up to address this otherwise, when it comes down to it, driver's license marking or not, the decision to donate your organs is in the hands of your immediate family.

People think that putting a sticker on their driver's license covers it, but you need to tell your family your intentions as well, and if you think they won't respect your wishes when asked, then you have to pursue legal means.
