Japanese voices can sound monotone too. Personally I like it in English just fine. Plus this is fan made, I think we oughta give them a little credit.

You know I've always wondered if Japanese fans think of English as a cool language the same way English fans think of Japanese as cool.

Or if Japanese people get just as annoyed with Japanese voices like English people get annoyed with English voices in these things.

I cant imagine how much work you have had to put in to subtitle, translate AND to do voiceovers, well done. I tried turning the COP missions into a movie of sorts before but i gave up because subtitling all the scenes was tiresome and theres just too many scenes it would go on for hours and hours.

One quick query - Is it just my PC or is youtube crappy because whenever characters run around or wave their arms etc, there is a kind of motion blurring effect. Are you sure that you have been using the same frame rates throughout (recording in fraps? editting and then finally processing in whatever program u used?)?
