very impressed on what the move can do and that is just a demo....definitely going to buy 2 on day 1.
was watching the the tech demo then looked up natal to compare it and lol found this beautiful gem,
Almost fell out my chair watching the grandma.
All those demos and ads are pretty damn amazing. Wonder how well it will actually work...
Was particularly impressed by that minority report demo.
Well, the reviews for the launch title for Playstation Move (Sports Champions) came out today. My best friend was the main programmer for "Gladiator Duel" (one of the 6 games in the package) so he sent me the collection of review links. The general synopsis seems to be "the games in Sports Champions are fun and show off the accurate control system well, but are kind of generic, the art sucks and the whole thing lacks some sort of 'cohesion' to be a complete gaming experience."
Having played Sports Champions a bunch, and a new project they're working on for Move, I'd agree with that assessment. The control system is very accurate and very cool things could be done with it...just need a good developer to take advantage of it. I'd love to see a good Star Wars game using the Move - it could be awesome.

Kung Fu Rider is supposed to be pretty terrible
Someone shoot me. That Start the Party! game looks fun.
Tumble, Sports Champions (more specifically, the Table Tennis, Gladiator Duel, Bocce and Disc Golf, others look meh), Echochrome 2 and The Shoot look pretty good. Start the Party looks better than I thought it would, but I'd still probably only use it as a party game for when family are around.
MAG's move implementation looks pretty good too.
The fact that this will be added via update to work with previously launched games and be an optional control scheme in many future launch games, combined with the fact you can actually use your controller as a "nun-chuck" instead of *having* to buy a new one makes this stuff all the more appealing. That Camera, remote, starter game bundle is literally all you will need to get right into this move stuff, where everything else is purely optional.
Sony seems to have finally done something right by this, now all that's left is to see if it catches on.
I dunno, I get the feeling dual-wield Moves will become pretty common, so I'll have to at least have two of those, while using the DualShock as the Subcontroller supplement.
+1 for Jack Tretton pic. New Zealand flag was a fucking awesome easter egg, lol
'Accuracy, Precision'. lol, got to love the subtle jabs in all their vids. What's the deal with the flag exactly?
Oh man, you guys.
God damn sony and their awesome marketing campaign. Not only do I want the damn move now, but I also want a giant roast chicken leg.
from the looks of it Move can act like a mouse + anything else that can track the ball. doesn't Kinect track actual body movements and it can be distracted by other objects in your cameras view? I think Kinect will fail within the first 3 months because the games are gonna suck and no one will find a fun/immersive practical use for games compared to the Move
