Our linkshell has currently went through a large recruitment process to get the shell off the ground. Through this process we have built up a strong base of members which we are comfortable with.

At this time Recruitment is Open. We are looking for the following jobs:

DD job, well geared [[PAIRED WITH]] (unless very well geared):
BRD
WHM
SMN
BLM
Zreg DRK
Skill PLD
Well Geared DD
and/or
EU Time zone
*if you are in or around this time zone, the job restrictions above do not apply since we are hoping to build an EU team.

We are looking for good DDs for events such as Einherjar and Dynamis. IF you feel that your DD job(s) are very well of than please, post an application. IF you have a DD job and any mage job then again, please post application.

However, if you feel that you belong in eXodus and you can put together a well rounded application we would be willing to review it.
Example of a well rounded application (not limited to this):
1 mage job, 1 tank job (with all the right gear sets), 1 support job. All with max merits, lots of experience with HNM/events in endgame. Proper gearsets.
**Please note that is the a very good combination but is not 100% required
