I am farming the behe/tiger spot right now and I was going strong, doing the fight easy and downing behe before he changed. Now every time I am fighting the guy he changes way too fast. Did I mess something up o.O?

KB can sometimes be like that, can be unlucky. just be sure to get his ass in the air asap and keep it there best you can til hes dead
Don't you have to save and reload to do that KB thing everything? I think there's a spot in the tower that's slightly better than that and it doesn't require to save and reload everytime.
I had this exact problem. The solution, oddly enough, is to make your party members weaker, specifically the one who is attacking the Behemoth (probably your COM/RAV). KB triggers his transformation upon taking a certain amount of damage from my experience, and if you just remove a few +STR bangles or +MAG items from your RAV it should not transform before you can get off that last hit with your COM to send it into the air.
I was trying to do the first teleport sign hunt and it shows the mark on the same map, but it is like under a rock, and I just have no idea, lol. Cant figure out if I need to go down or what, the other direction takes you to some ruins.
Yeah, you've got to go down those roots and keep going. I remember that marker confusing me for a good while also I think.

Use the above website and it should show you exactly where to go. :D
That one tripped me up too. I was trying to get on top of the ledge at one point.
Thanks mag.
Quick question as I am not sure where else to ask about it... Is there a way that I'm not seeing to defeat those Boxed Phalanx robots that keep buffing/summoning more robots? This shit is kicking my ass and I'm not even certain if I'm supposed to be going this way... Everything else isn't that tough so I assumed so.
You just need to focus on them first before the small robots. I think I usually went Rav/Rav/Com on them to break them fast, don't remember if you can debuff them but if yes then Rav,Sab,Com at first.
The easiest way might be going in with a sentinel to soak damage while you kill the big one. I usually just blow the big one up with RAV/RAV/COM also though. Add a medic if needed.
You're seriously struggling to them? I sat around letting them summon as many as possible just fucking about. Two Commandos with Bravery + Enthunder running around killing the summons in just a couple of hits. When I finally decided to kill the Phalanx it was basically impossible to die if I just used Blitz when I was surrounded.
I killed it once but it took quite a while and a can of Aegisol. Because of how difficult the Boxed Phalanx was to take down (HP was barely moving with buffed COM/RAV/RAV), I made the assumption that I wasn't really supposed to be there at my 'level' and turned back before I ended up on the other side of a respawned Boxed Phalanx.
If you're killing the smaller robots "in just a couple of hits" without seriously grinding, then I think this is not the place for me yet.
Lighting had Commando maxed and most of Ravager done, rest were about the same. I had done all of the available missions up to that point so I'm sure I was ahead a bit HP-wise and stuff if you haven't done the same. But not by enough to make too big a difference. Was using mid-level Helter-Skelter and STR+240 in accessories.
Anyone else dissapointed that you don't get to fight the giant in the opening Ch11 CS?I assumed he would be the super secret impossible to kill boss that FFs usually have.
A little, looks like an "Omega Weapon" type boss fight.
I feel like I'm doing something wrong, I'd grind so much quicker if Sazh would just cast haste -> brave -> enspell on lightning right away instead of going through the fucking cycles grarararar. I assume I'm not totally retarded and haven't missed some way around that or AI choice or something?
Unfortunately not. Stop giving me Barspells against trash mobs God damn it.
