I'm still just jaded from all the years of them ignoring us. Now they're starting to pay attention to us?

They just say they are, they never actually do it. Maybe they are trying to show they will change for 14 but in honesty if you believe that you deserve anything you get.

Once you have a userbase addicted you can pretty much treat them however you want, they will take it and just complain while paying the next month in advance. You can even make regular "mistakes" with billing, double charging lots of players over a long period of time and get away with it.

I think they did a great job at VanaFest this year. It's about time the community teams became more prominent. They should also have contact details, twitter etc. for the teams on the official site for each region.

Nice to see that they're trying to open up communication. Whether or not anything comes of it, at least it is a refreshing change of pace. Even pretending to care is an improvement.
