/thf's main point is it's ability to do a large spike dmg on people whose backs are turned on you. now if you play with shitasses then cool story bro; but if you play with anyone who knows what the fuck you won't always get a guaranteed crit off. which brings me back to my point, /war gives you better defenses and you don't have to worry about trying to get a 900+ spell off.

and /nin is too easily susceptible to -ga spells and the big 3.

I didn't say PLD had the big 3, I said BLU did which is why /nin(which you said was for faggots) on nearly every job is terrible alongside -ga spam.

I guess you don't know that Chaotic Eye requires you to be relatively close, and staring said person straight in the face to work. Diaga can be cast over 20 yalms, which is more than enough space and time to clear Zephyr Mantle/Utsusemi and turn around to avoid Eye, and proceed to Dispel spam the fuck out of you.

BLU also posseses no long range sleep spell except for Pinecone Bomb, and even if you managed to stun any job, it's still easy to move out of range for any of its other AoE sleep stuff, or just poison pot it away.

When it comes to buffing and shit, it really depends on how you play it. But to say /nin is useless because of diaga is retarded. It's not hard to silence someone and if you REALLY think defender is going to beef up your defense THAT much be my guest. A good pld/rdm will know what he's doing. A good blu/nin will know what he's doing. Everything you've posted, there's a myriad of ways to get around it. to start off, ever heard of recasting or is that foreign to ballista land you live in? Or what about good old fashioned walking up to the person to sleep them or something like that?
