More like right? What kind of gimp ass RDM and PLDs have you been playing with that have terrible Enhancing Magic skill to where they can't resist Chaotic Eye?

I have capped Blue Magic skill and 8 merits, and if Dispel doesn't hit Baraero it isn't landing. And even if it did manage to land, unless you're playing in Pashhow, every job that can cast magic should be using Echo Drops. Chaotic Eye has recasts, and saying spamming it is going to work is wrong.
