They weren't using COR roll so I think they could have gotten more xp here.
Of course you have to give up either SAM roll or DRK roll so you'll be killin' slower but the XP from COR roll should edge that out.

mamools are already a step down.

Mamool's will always be better than Greater Colibri unless you can completely wipe out the middle and lower floor, including the Wivre. You can rip through Mamool's at, basically, the exact same speed as Greater Colibri with better EXP per kill (Not to mention using proper food since your food wont be getting snatched.)

Also, Dancer is actually one of the optimal jobs for a merit party.

DNC / BRD / COR / DD / DD / RDM (WHM) is pretty much the hands down best party you can get. The two DD (Probably SAM's or WAR's) of course have to be top notch though.

I've been farming the Gnadbod's Helm bcnm NM's for the pop items lately and I can tell you that an alliance of 6-10 or so really blows then 2 rdm/bsts would do amazingly, BST/WHMs to a lesser extent
