FMV Rips and screen capture device?

Does anyone know a site where they have the FMV rips for the game? The visuals are just so awesome :D

And does anyone know of a good screen capturing device so it'd be possible to take screenshots of the game?

Thanks for the link to the Japanese versions, however, like lbelle I would love the English versions without subtitles. If anybody finds them, please post them. I would greatly appreciate it. Google has failed me
