Windows 7 parental controls issue.

I am the only user and administrator of my Windows 7 machine, and today when I went to play Dawn of War II, the computer informed me that I wasn't allowed to play it because of parental controls. I checked my parental controls, and when I tried to edit my parental controls, the computer informed me that parental controls could not be used on an administrator account.

Basically, I have no idea what happened, or why this started.

I just tried that and nothing happened. This is really confusing, I don't know why this would come up, and it would seem that the parental controls are only affecting this one program.

Yeah, but I've been playing Dawn of War 2 for months on 7, and, as previously mentioned, I have an administrator account, and according to 7 itself, an administrator account cannot have parental controls placed on it.

To update: I made a new user, made sure all the parental controls were off and tried to load it up again, through steam like always. Same things. Switched it to administrator, tried again, same thing. Checked my usual user account for any parental control stuff, it was clean. Tried to open it on that account, same thing, switched it back to administrator and deleted the new one.
