[Leviathan/Remora] Salvage Group

Hi, to begin I would like to say a little about myself. My name is Kyle (Sidereal) and I've played on Leviathan since shortly after the NA launch. I've done every event FFXI has to offer and salvage is by far my favorite. I've been a part of a long term salvage group for a year before some members were banned or left the game. After about a year of no salvage I am getting back into the swing of things by trying to build a serious 6-8 person team for salvage at least twice a week but hopefully three or more runs per week. My vision of the group is a stream line team that has enough job flexibility to go on any run at any time. I realize beginning things will be slow but when we get our bearings I would like to see that everyone knows what is expected of them without being told. With this said job choice in salvage is critical. I currently have RDM BRD SAM THF (th4) merited and geared. The jobs I'm looking for are MNK SAM WHM BRD THF RDM COR. If you have any combination of these jobs please feel free to get in touch with me. As for the setup for runs each member will take turns picking areas/paths based on when they joined. One last side note, I do not expect you to have extensive salvage experience but I do ask that you are willing to learn all the areas. As I don't mind to teach at all. What time about would you be wanting to do this? Point system? Assaults as well to build points or fend for yourself?

For times it will be late in EST so around 10 EST during the week. There will be no points. Each member will create a top 5 list. For each run a member will chose a path/area. The runs will rotate on the order of when you join. On you're run you get priority on 1 item. Anything else will go to members based on their top 5 gear wanted. If assault points begin to become a problem we can gather 15 min early to do RvB before runs.
