I've haven't had a Soda in over a month, I'm proud of myself considering I used to drink at least 3-4 a day.
I drank it straight for the last 4 or so months but I didnt pig out otherwise so I maintained my weight. The second I switched back to water it started coming right back off. At this point it's not even really a taste or mindset thing, I just start/stop when it serves a purpose.
I have no desire to drink coke & only drink it when it's an easier option than water; for instance, if it's cheaper to get a combo meal at some fast food place. Typically I don't get drinks if I'm getting fast food though, because I usually bring it home and just have it with water. Lost 20 lbs over the course of 2-3 years by doing that and changing my diet very little.
Ya a lot of people try to get me to go running but I hate it. You know the kid in your elementary school that always got hit in the face with a ball? That was me. I trip like there's no tomorrow when I walk, so I don't enjoy running at all.
We are trying to find a condo atm which will help since they always have a community pool to swim in, and from my experience they're usually empty so I'd get it all to myself!
I stopped drinking soda like 6 months ago...no weight loss. :/
lol
Yeah I'm looking forward to the summer so I can spend a couple days in the pool in the backyard instead of running. I like running though, a change of pace is always nice.
P.S. - Obligatory "I'd like to hit you in the face with my balls"
Yeah seriously, must be hormonal.
Which means eat up bitch, you aint losing shit anyway
I really need to stop being lazy and motivate myself to go back to the gym regularly. GOD DAMN YOU GOD OF WAR
I just dont like soda that much, its all dark and shit and idk how anything that color could be good for you.
itt fat woman is over exaggerating how much work she did on this 'diet' bender.
a cup of water, legally, is free at most US restaurants (not all, it depends by state)
That's why they started carrying bottled water in general but if you ask for a cup they can't charge you because it's illegal for them to not give water when requested
Well then...I just learned something today.
