Looking for new motherboard for SLI

I built a mid-range system over break which includes an intel i5 and an ATI 5770. I skimped out on the motherboard and didn't get one that supported SLI, and now I'm regretting it. I'd like to get a new mobo with SLI and then another 5770, but I really don't know anything about crossfire and any tips or motherboard recommendations would be great. I've been skimming Newegg and I just don't feel confident enough to go ahead and make a purchase.

don't have anything to suggest, but just an fyi, for ATI, the SLI function is called crossfire. some boards support both SLI and xfire, but others dont.
