I think the 48 who made it are well-deserving to be there. I don't like every person on the list but many people dislike the people I get along with, so I felt it was necessary to include them as well. Plus I had Numbers go over it with me to make sure I didn't add any names with whom people would have a problem.

There are very few people who come into spam and are accepted right away. Shiro & Chuyu were exceptions to the rule; what's stranger is that they both appeared around the same time.

Then of course there's the people who come into spam whom everyone hates but they stick around anyway so eventually they're considered spam. Ansem is the perfect example of this, and I would put Senoska Krye & Ohaigaiz in there too but I realize that many would not.
