If anything, anything after the whole Missy thing would be the dream. She's confirmed for coming back so it wouldn't make any sense for the Doctor to dream of a female Master and then a female master to exist. Or maybe he'll wake up to Missy doing something else and the dream state was a decoy of some sort.

I hated Listen. The episode sets up for a cool monster episode like Moffat used to do so well, and then it turns out it's just fucking Clara petting the Doctor. Also, how the fuck did she even get to Gallifrey in the past to do that?

Did you completely forget the very important fact that Gallifrey was Time Locked yet Moffet continues to make that matter less and less so really at this point, the Doctor being sad about Gallifrey is becoming moot since he keeps showing up there.

And Listen was horrible. It made no sense. Random creepy kid shows up in the room for no reason and continues to be creepy as fuck. Everyones fear just turns out to be Clara. Made no sense. I think if they went a different path to have Clara be that person who comforted the Doctor in his youth it would have been fine or even great but trying to make it be part of the attempt to be a "Don't Blink" failed horribly.

The Doctor's TARDIS has been shown being able to go where it shouldn't be able to go before, like with the revival of the Cybermen and it going into an alternate universe. They also managed to get back to the Time War with the War Doctor, the 10th Doctor, and the 11th Doctor in the 2013 special. It's not like the show follows its own rules anyway. It takes him where he or his companions need to go.

Show returns in September. The series will be 12 episodes with the first 8 episodes being two parters along with the finale. I am heading to Comic Con this week and should be attending the panel on Thursday (SDCC placed Doctor Who between the Hunger Games panel and Con-Man with Nathan Fillion and Alan Tudyk so it's going to be a pain to get in) so I should have a report sometime after 3pm that day.

Episode 1 & 2 - Missy returns and these episodes deal with the Doctor meeting the creator of the daleks as a child. The Doctor makes a choice which has huge consequences

Episode 5 & 6 - Maisie Williams (Arya Stark, Game of Thrones) guest stars in these episodes (or possibly just episode 5)

Episode 7 & 8 - Kate Stewart and Osgood return along with the Zygons. Yes Osgood was zapped in the 50th, but you know Timey Wimey, probably going to be pre 50th Osgood.

Episode 9 - Mark Gatiss Scary episode

Episode 10 - Rigsy makes a return (Season 8 episode Flatline)

Episode 11 & 12 - Finale.

I want to see a season of Doctor Who where his companion isn't real. All the loss of his old companions made him make his ideal one in his head. The companion would take the best parts from others and have little hints at them(Like wearing a Union Jack shirt) and so on. Till the end of the season where, like, the Master tells him or he figures it out after some series of events.

Depends on how Clara ends up leaving. After two straight companion groups dying it sounds very plausible. Honestly something that dark might actually be good for Capaldi's Dr

Also, just googled it. They do not take ideas from general public. So, shit, it might just be an idea that remains with me

Personally I'd prefer it if it were just his imagination the whole time, because he was protecting himself from more loss w/o knowing it. As opposed to just some enemy plot trying to trick him.

*we do not give credit to anyone from the public who manages to get an idea to us, because there are probably 50+ people who had the same idea and finding out who sent what to whom first isn't worth our time, and there are another 5000 people who had an adaptation similar to the idea we had and would try to claim credit.

Though, if its just in his mind, you cna have little clues around the season by people not adressing them, them not opening doors, or using objects, and so on. Lots of possiblities for it

Write up a basic plot, copyright it, start shopping that shit around. Spread some rumors and start a bidding war, maybe.
