Would be interesting, since River's presence is apparently key in this, and first appears in "Silence in the Library" wearing a similar space suit and winds up joining the little girl in the computer.

It wouldn't shock me if Amy is actually pregnant with River. In the last episode, River talks about how when she was little, the doctor knew everything about her (Since they meet in reverse order). But in order for this to work, Amy and Rory would have to be blind to this and not recognize their child as river. Of course, River would be born a different name but would end up changing it later on if this is true.

It wouldn't shock me if Amy is actually pregnant with River. In the last episode, River talks about how when she was little, the doctor knew everything about her (Since they meet in reverse order). But in order for this to work, Amy and Rory would have to be blind to this and not recognize their child as river. I think all they meant by meeting in reverse order is that the first time the Doctor met River was the last time River ever saw the Doctor, since y'know... she died.

My take on it is that the first time the Doctor met River (as the 10th doctor) was the last time she saw him (before she was "saved" to the massive hard drive) and she knew everything about him. Since they meet in reverse, the true will be said for the Doctor and River in that there will come a point in time where it will be the first time River meets the Doctor and he will know everything about her.

In River's timeline, her events are: The Impossible Astronaut* > Pandorica > The Time of Angels> Silence in the Library

*Some say that the latest episode happened after the Pandorica because she didn't recognize Rory and refered to him as "The Centurian", but that is explained due to him being wiped from existance when he got taken in by the cracks in time.

Apparently a lot of people think my speculation on River is true, however, Moffat likes to write red herrings and this is most likely one of them.
During the casts trip to New York last month, Karen (Amy) revealed that she knew who River was and she was quite shocked. So I started thinking what could be pretty shocking...

Something way out of left field would be that River is actually Donna Nobles daughter. Donna and her fiance/husband at the end of the 10th doctors run were an interracial couple and I could see them having a child somewhat the same complexion as River...of course this could all just be due to casting. But then going back to the episode "Silence in the Library" River was shocked to find out that the Doctor's Companion was Donna Noble. Donna and her husband could have died or given River up for adoption when she was little and she never got to know her parents. If River tells the doctor soonish that Donna was her mother, and since the Doctor and River meet in reverse order, the first time River meets the Doctor, he will already have this information. River could mention her mothers name and he would probably say "Hey by the way, your mother traveled with me before meeting your father, would you like to know about how your mother saved the universe?".

I get the impression with Series 5 onwards that they kind of left behind the former companions, like closing a door on that era of the show. I mean they had Ten go around waving goodbye to them all during his final ep. However then again speculation is speculation so who knows there's always chance you might be correct and I could be eating my own words.

Speaking of stories from the 10th's run, I hope they bring back The Doctor's daughter. I really liked her and I feel like the potential is there for a lot of interesting story.

As for River, she's obviously the daughter of Rose Tyler and the human 10th.
