I wonder, if he has enough of her genetic material like a hair or something, could he fully replicate her via The Flesh and make a ganger out of her?

I doubt there's enough of her genetic material remaining that isn't Dalek for her to be made into a Ganger. If anything, I imagine it's going to be some kind of time re-write which, let's face it, is something Moffat likes to do, to where the events of the Asylum of the Daleks never took place and she's able to be his companion rather than crash landing. Today's episode is one of those I don't think they could possibly let stand as it is, since having the single most recognized and feared enemy of the Doctor throughout the entire series' run suddenly not know who he is screams "reset" material. This might also be part of the reason that Amy and Rory leave the series, that without the events of AotD, their marriage does collapse completely, and as a result don't want anything more to do with the Doctor, because he in essence was the root of their marriage failing.

Moffat's a better writer then to use the River Song storyline again, she didn't recognise the Doctor before the memory delete so I'd rule that out completely anyway. I have faith that whatever he's got brewing is going to be better then "go back in time and save her" too, as he's let hundreds of extras die without ever going back to save them, so I doubt she's going to be any different in that respect. It'll be some sexy plot twisting timey wimey magic that brings her back.

In typical Moffat fashion, the events of the first episode are always important later on, so I'm with you on the relevance of the reset becoming a crucial point later on. The Silence, Headless Monks, and Madam Kovarian all worked hard to prevent "the question" from being asked, and he's unwittingly prompted an army of insane killing machines to chant it over and over, some dude broke into their top ranks of parliament and gave them the finger, they mad (and I love this).

Why did he lift up the top of the shell and peep inside? Did he scan or take anything? He can clearly see that its a Dalek. Based on the end of Series 6, he did the same thing to that one Dalek to extract information from it

Maybe the girl in the dalek suit was a clone, or a copy of some kind. Also, what was most indicative to me that something wasn't right with her was that she had been in that room for a year--and was all dolled up in a perfect red dress.

Yeah i'd quite like to know too. I can only guess so much such as how rory has died and come back, regeneration? And how the further we get through the series' he seems to dislike the doctor more and more. Does seem a bit far fetched though if you ask me. Be interesting and exciting to see how they pull it off though if it is true.

Was anyone else curious as to why the doctor said "Make them remember you" in the start of the episode to Amy on the Dalek ship and Oswin said "Remember me" while looking at the Camera in the end? I smell something there
