Was anyone else curious as to why the doctor said "Make them remember you" in the start of the episode to Amy on the Dalek ship and Oswin said "Remember me" while looking at the Camera in the end? I smell something there

The Doctor telling Amy to 'Make them remember you' was due to the fact they were surrounded by thousands of Daleks and death was 100% imminent his eyes. He's just telling Amy to go out with a bang more or less. From a writing standpoint, it was probably more of a fun foreshadowy nod to the fact that the Daleks forget everything about the Doctor at the end of the episode.

I've heard this theory long ago as both Rory being the Master or the Masters son and it sounded so far fetched but not anymore. It would be interesting if the "Heartbreaking" departure of Rory and Amy was that Rory regenerates into Professor Yana and is zapped to the Silver Devistation and Amy tries to go to look for him

the doctor was telling Amy to make them remember her/her and Rory due to if they remember them as the doctors companions they would remember they was also a threat (which actually happened) when Oswell was saying "remember me!" it was soon followed by "As a Human not a Dalek" unlike all other converted model she wanted to be human so much she made that weird world of her own, remember kids where did the eggs and milk come from

I'm pretty sure Rory is actually a robot made with the memories of the original Rory, since he was with the other robot centurions waiting for the doctor to be put inside the cube prison (along with all the other sentinel races) the end of the series 2 years ago? (its late and i'm just going off memory for this) he waited 2000 years for Amy just to prove his love to her

Except in that very same episode the universe was reset and Rory was a normal human again (even though the moment the universe reset Rory should have been dead as he was shot by one of those dinosaur women, but whatever). It wasn't until the next season we learned that his memories of his time as part of the Nestene Consciousness started to re-emerge.

For those of you who are fans of author Neil Gaiman and Doctor Who, you'll be happy to know that Gaiman is currently writing a new episode for season 7! He wrote last season's Doctor Who episode "The Doctor's Wife," and revealed the awesome news during his Hugo Award acceptance speech, in which he won the Best Dramatic Presentation Short Form award for that very episode. Here's what he said,

Only a fool or a mad man would try to do it again ... so I'm on the third draft.

He ended up giving io9 a few more details on when we might see the episode saying,

Apparently the new episode is slated for the second half of season seven, which means that it could air as soon as spring 2013. But Gaiman pointed out that “The Doctor’s Wife,” his Hugo-winning episode, was originally slated for season five and got bumped to season six for budgetary reasons. The same thing could easily happen to his new episode, he said — and it sounds like this is another super-expensive story to make.

Anyone think there might be something to the fact that in both episodes of this series so far, the Doctor has heard a piece of music that he was in? In Asylum he mentioned that he was playing the triangle during Carmen, and then last night's episode Solomon was listening to a piece that the Doctor claimed was written to be played with four hands and he supplied the third and fourth for it. Normally I'd just pass over such things without a second thought, but given Moffat's tendency to make each and every tiny detail relevant in the big picture, those two instances stuck out a bit.

Additionally, maybe I just missed it, but was Brian not at Rory and Amy's wedding? Given what happened in DoaS it's clear he never met the Doctor before (and vice versa), but the Doctor was there at the wedding and certainly didn't conceal the fact that he was "different" (the whole materializing the TARDIS right there on the dance floor). Then again there seemed to be a bit of estrangement between the two before the events of this episode brought them together, so maybe it was just to that extent.

I would've expected that it would've come up with a huge prize offered by the Silence, and a note saying DECEASED. And yet, Queen Nefertiti was on the list...

I do seriously wonder if they came up with the title of the episode and wrote it around that.

This has to do more with the theme of this season which has the Doctor slowly being erased from history, or people not knowing who he is. If people don't know who he is, then "The Question" cannot be answered.

#1 would be pretty awesome...The Doctor's real name being the key to the Time Lock and we get another Time War...that would be awesome for the 50th Anniversary, but #2 is more likely and pretty much what I believe to be the truth

Well it's not uncommon to see a companion being recycled from a previous character. As stated before Freema(Martha) was a Torchwood clerk, and Karen(Amy) was a soothsayer in the pompeii episode. The big difference is that Jeanne was revealed to be the next companion months before the season started.

Dalek Oswin uploaded her personality and memories into the nanocloud which doesn't affect the Doctor. He basically ends up carrying her around not knowing it. In the Christmas episode he meets Clara Oswin (Possibly a distant relative) who ends up dying at the end of the episode (Set reports seem to indicate that she does indeed die) and the Doctor sad that he could not save her remembers Oswin and these memories cause the remnants of the nanocloud stored within the Doctor to bring Clara back to life but with dual personality

I'm actually more shocked with the fact that The Doctor killed Solomon, it like the first time that i can remember of in the new series that he as actually done something like that, its usual a companion that kills or an episodic character that does the killing and not actually The Doctor himself...well there have been daleks/cybermen but not an actual human character...usual he goes for another way of dealing retribution to them instead of just offing em

I can't remember which Christmas special this was (Christmas Invasion?) But the 10th doctor killed the invader leader in a duel. Also, in the runaway bride, he notably killed off the empress of racnos kids in front of her, Donna had to stop him

I would HATE to know the doctors name, it takes away from the allure of the character. I don't think Moffett wants to invest too much time in the Time War history (it still feels like a Russel T Davies subject). Also knowing his name isn't as relevant to what he's done. That statement makes your number 2 comment stronger.

For #2, Smith is signed on until 2014, so unless that means they do another End of Time finale for Smith then I don't see the Fall of the Doctor playing out until Series 8 maybe. But I think that begs a bigger question, WHO is behind the silence?
