You're only correct in the fact that "islamic extremist" can mean "guerilla warfighters in the russian conflict", so in a sense yes we did fund them. It wasnt until after that conflict that a lot of the really bad groups started to take control (once the US stopped support and Russia pulled out).

You're missing the point.. Creationism is a concept built on ignorance of current scientific knowledge. Stating "you're ignorant of creationism" is rediculous, as creationism is a biproduct of ignorance itself. It's like you saying we are ignorant of the tooth fairy because we dont accept her to be real.
