Well not going to deny it's comfortable because it definitely is (I'm the same size as her btw), but comfort =/= posture. I still slouch just as much when wearing it even if I didn't have the clip on. All it really does is help distribute the weight of your boobs which may help improve posture if you're like a triple D, but not so much a C.

having had bad posture the majority of my teenage years/severe scoliosis, my best advice is to do some core training along with yoga exercises. you really want to work on strengthening your back.

in making it look bigger? Probably, unless you're a small A. It causes the straps to "lift up" your boobs a little more than those that go straight down. SO think of it like a push up bra without the retarded padding.


Only thing I don't like about the one I have is it isn't adjustable, so it's pretty much limited for t-shirts to hide the straps (unless you don't care about that type of thing).

I've seen those adjustable ones on tv, but dunno how easy it is to move them around or not. D:

as I said earlier it never altered my posture, nor does it try to straighten my back. :/
