I've been hearing for 2.5 years how Perdu Voulge outparses Ridill. Someone please get around to proving it, because it goes against everything I've witnessed over that period.

It comes down to /sam vs /nin, basically. If you're forced to /nin, go ahead and ridill. If you're able to /sam, use g.axe. The reason stan makes fun of ridill is because there are so few situations /nin is required.

I have the proper gear swaps, and I prefer the look of surcoat idling. I don't see the benefit of tping on something like Tiamat when you're going to lose it every flight phase anyways. And considering Tiamat is the only mob I don't straight engage usually, where else would it be necessary to "tp for chivalry"?

Wear a Vermillion Cloak when idle and not Covering/TPing on Tiamat unless you have Ares Body.

If you mean /NIN then it will lose, otherwise /SAM will win, hell it will beat an Amano SAM.

Keep in mind I am referring to stuff like Einhenjar (when talking about SAM vs WAR), and no we have no bias toward WAR, we have more SAM with Amano in the linkshell then people who play Warrior.

He meant war/sam using perdu can beat Amano, though it doesnt happen every time. It depends who the amano is too, different people play differently, some go all out and risk dying more, some ws a little more conservatively, etc.
