Well you have to get kind of lucky, I did get a behemoth hide and dragon meat, amongst the 100% 3x kunwu ore, and I've seen some 1.8mil haguns lately. I could have gotten even better drops.

Discoid on bismarck pays 1mil+drops.

I don't get it...

Hagun = 1.8~2M in the pocket.
Evoker: can be 2M but usually turns out 3~400k.
Even if you sell it to a shell that lets you also keep the drops as well.

Even so, if you have a shell that you can sell evokers to on a regular basis, grats on the extra income, but don't expect any of us to cheer in joy if one drops for you.
Cloud Evokers aren't that rare or special.

If you're selling it to a shell, they're letting you keep the drops and you're only making 3-400k, you're doing it wrong.

Not to derail, but since we're already on the subject I have to ask. You made almost 2m on evoker drops, and blew it on something that you'd get free just going to limbus. Obviously you have to go anyway, since you have Pld and need Homam.

Why not use that gil to buy 3 Byakko pops and get an increase that's bigger than the other random stuff you spend your time/money on? 2% haste is going to outdo the benefit of improving your ygk set, random ZNM drops, or anything dynamis has to offer you. Even if they don't drop, you can sell the random crap abjs you don't need from it, and get Shura as a consolation prize.

Hell, one more evoker/hagun and you could have probably purchased haidate outright, making it a zero risk endeavor.
