Shit, how could I forget this: Star Fox 64 - Star Wolf Venom fight. Seeing em all teched-up because I blew the shit out of their ships the first time was epic, especially when played at the highest difficulty.

Forgot to add, the Water area (With the Sunken ship) in Mario 64 and the one with the Lochness Monster type thing if not mostly cause of the music as well

Oh God yes, but why did you like Dire Dire Docks? That was one of the least memorable worlds in my opinion, felt like complete filler to me.

I think it was the music honestly but the Sandsea level was pretty cool for its time as well.

Someone said Goldeneye so I have to throw in the Cradle on hard-mode, shit was <3. It felt like the movie, minus the whole falling off the stage bit that happens from time to time.

Star Ocean 2 - The final fortress where you run into most of the ten wise men, including the infamous vesper/decus (haniel/michael in the update). SPICULE...... god the voice acting was bad but the stage overall was good.

Star Fox 64 - MAC-FUCKING-BETH and to a lesser extent Katina. The train stage still makes me laugh hard when the train collides with the depot when you win.

Temple of Time LoZ Twilight Princess

Nostalgic factor mainly. Darknut fight reminds me of first Iron Knuckle in OoT & Boss reminds me of Queen Gohma.
