Paying more than $10 a month on internet will help. I use wireless internet and I have 15 mbps. It's probably an issue with your ISP plan.

The internet is great when I'm wired, I'm just like 15~ feet from the router and this shit sucks dick.

It could also be the wireless card, not sure which I should prioritize for replacement.

http://www.amazon.com/AIRPACE-WIFI-W...9157805&sr=8-1 is the card I use. It requires a PCI express x1 slot, but it's very reliable. I used to use a shitty USB wifi adapter, and this shits on it. The antenna cable could be a little longer, though.

Any internal card (or Expresscard/PCMCIA card for laptops) will rape USB wifi adapters. The USB on a system is already over used, running data, especially stuff that requires low latency is a bad idea.
