We had a Galka level DNC to 75 just so he could wear the AF2 tutu body, and then he paired that up with all the most S&M-looking gear he could find. We had to put on shades before even attempting to log in.

Have to look at the % slow added to your total set vs. overall damage added to nuke / mp<-> damage ratio for the entire fights too I think. If the % added doesn't actually change your ability to keep shadows up but the int over the course of a long solo saves you a full nuke or two worth of mp then the actual overall safety value of the mods leans towards the int.

Either way it's such a small increase and which would be better for rdm is entirely situational so it comes down to personal preference.

I don't slow 2 some mobs like Coinbiter or Draketrader because the mp spent overall on slowing it for the whole fight shaves like upwards of 10 minutes off the fight if you just spend the mp nuking and use slow 1 (since neither mob are really dangerous at all anyways)

Quadav SCNM definitely slow2 everything.
