Should be usukane is better for tp "if you have an amano" considering usu body won't change your hit build unless you do (assuming you have usu feet). New body is legit for SAM.

If you have to choose between the two Usu body> usu feet for tp gain simply because you can swap to fuma for 1% more haste which WILL beat out the new body for sam.

Trying to find a practical use for that thing other than generic Feint setups and Utsusemi macros.
