ok, would you take this or Stoneskin Gorget (30dmg) for dmg cap raise
They see me trollin'
They hatin'
Im fully expecting a PM EST maint end.
Isn't that the same as Fealty? Maybe it reduces Meteor/Mijin/etc. In before the AV theories.Perfect Defense (Damage taken is reduced and resistance against enfeebling magic is greatly enhanced.)
Also, seriously, what the fuck is with there only being 3 campaign WS and 2 of them are for Sword.
So, here's what I've been thinking:
New HNMs -

New campaign NPCs for Northlands?

Another NM :: This guy appears in all past zones listed except Xarc, which makes him a little unique.
Yilbegan
Pop items seem to be ::

Killing these NMs seem to change the color of the ingots that you (potentially?) trade with the item. We're missing one ingot, but check the spoiler. I could see this being a ZNM-esque system that permits you to pop Yilbegan, who seems likely to be WotG's AV/PW.

Ingot Synth Items ::

Other Crafting items they drop:

Potential items synthed from that: - One of these items is likely crafted from something else. I would guess Toxon belt.

Additionally, it seems likely that at least 1 R/Ex armor will drop off each of the new HNMs. There are a variety of level 75 drops, which look varying degrees of useful from "Oh, they said they updated the casket system" to "Wow, that probably drops off an HNM." Some of them will doubtlessly come from Zvahl/Keep NMs, quests, etc, but here's what I've got at the moment.
This is harder to narrow down, but here is the list:

Okay, and last but not least the rings. The rings are named in a way that makes it sound like they drop from the new HNMs, but as some have noted there are 7 and not 6 or 5 of them. I'm betting there are actually 8 rings, with the Allied Ring being the last one (note that it has the right model to complete the set). Unfortunately, that means we won't be getting Allied Rings regularly probably, because I suspect that all these rings drop off the last HNM, the AV of WotG. If you have to kill the helpers to pop him, that explains why the ring names might be weakly themed.
Spoiler: show
I wouldn't be surprised if the allied ring was a chest item from the shadowlord fight.
I think it's likely the Allied Ring is this year's anniversary bonus that SE promised (in April, I believe).
We regret to inform you that we're extending this motherfucker until JP prime time.
