All Worlds Maintenance Extension (Mar. 22): Follow-up

I'm having a problem reaching the character select screen. Hit play, Close, then second Play button: Teen rating, checking Final Fantasy XI version. Screen drops like terms of agreement page will load next, but goes back to playonline background and retrieving friends list/messages. Main page reloads with first Play button.

I have done a file check, reset modem, and router.. but no luck. No problems before this update, anyone know how I can fix this?

Could be windower/spellcast, its pretty common after updates.

Could be windower/spellcast, its pretty common after updates.

I have tried loading standard PlayOnline also, along with trying a friends account. So I know it is something on my PC, and not 3rd party windower problems.
