This patch wasnt huge from a data standpoint, other than the server merges. This shouldnt take 16 hours >.>

The registration server was scheduled to be down from 8 to 9 pm pst to match up with the main FF servers being down. Due to FF servers being down until estimated 11 pm to 12 am pst, they kept the registration server down.

This is square's way of preparing people for the large server down times of 14.
