Campaign - 3/23/10 Update

This thread is for (when servers are back up) any new campaign information concerning items, medals, Ops, and especially Zvahl and the Shadow Lord.

Campaign weapons are 100,000 allied notes currently, and require the Medal of Altana to obtain. The Uriel Blade weapon is sold in San d'Oria, but I wasn't able to reach the other two cities for confirmation.

Under the Medal of Altana category, Windurst also had the MP+25, Campaign: Refresh neckpiece for 50k AN. Can't remember it's name, can't log on to check :D

wish I knew...

Get like 2k AN an hr myself and no clue how people have 375 HOURS of campaign stored after buying 400k+ in gear of AN or possibly more.

Literally that's like 500+ hours of campaigning, or 1 hr a day since it was introduced almost which is insane people. Either way to much free time or you know something I dont to get AN.

You can easily get 7-9k a week with spamable Ops. Back when you could do Forts for decent EXP I'd literally do it all day while cleaning or playing other games.

My house used to be a lot cleaner than it is now. (Nerfan meh forts.)

It's easy to get 5k+ AN / hour if you go as a good job to cap out categories, but I still have crap for allied notes because Campaign is boring and has been crap since they overpowered all the NMs and nerfed Fortifications so I just do enough of it / Ops to maintain my max medal.

EDIT: above post was before mine, yeah I forgot you can get 7k+ / week off Ops too, which adds up fast.

Easy? Please tell us how and what jobs? Seriously I can pull 3k/hr pretty easily with ops but 5k/hr doesn't seem plausible unless you're left alone on an enemy wave for the whole hr.

Really dislike campaign, been trying to get to the rank for the iron ram body, only 3 away and keep getting demoted. A lot of events to do and not much time for campaign.

I said 2k/hr because thats pretty avg. Ya obviously it can go higher, but campign dont always happen back to back and often time will end 5 mins after you arrive.

I get like ~800 a campaign, and that's roughly 15-20 min of work. :s

I read the intel that goes through the cities to get better knowledge of which will start soon. I believe when a message that says a beastmen wave is sent to a nation controlled area, it'll take 10 minutes to start. Same goes for a nation attacking a beastmen controlled area.

Ya most jobs and people I know end up at close to that or less it's hard to predict when to jump to a zone and how long it'll last. Most of the time that's really what screws over AN/hr. To say, "oh I've gotten 5k/hr" is one thing but saying that's an average that you get is hard to swallow.
